For Your Information

If you are contacting us with a query concerning spare parts and/or accessories for your current trampoline, there are three key pieces of information we will need to know in order to assist with your enquiry.

  • The size of your trampoline (measurements taken from outer-frame to outer-frame) 
  • The number of springs your trampoline has (if it is round, please count all the springs around the frame; if your trampoline is rectangular, we will need the spring count for one width and one length) 
  • The length of spring your trampoline uses (measurement to be taken including the hooks and spring needs to be removed from trampoline to eliminate tension) 
Providing us with this information in the first instance will allow us to deal with your enquiry more efficiently.

Images of your trampoline are also a useful tool so please direct these to our email address along with your enquiry.
